I was hoping this was a hands on preview other then mentioning what we can all take from the various trailers they put out but NG2 is shaping up to be pretty good.
The claws are the main thing I'm excited about, that alone is my reason to play the game.
I'm plan on renting this game but nice to see that for the most part their the same.
Not a bad interview but I hope they can sort out the mod aspects with Microsoft. The mods so far has been the best part about UT3 and if they can make easier to find and install game like they said in the interview that would great.
I don't think Crysis is going to be able to contend with Resistance 2 and Killzone 2, since out of all the FPS shooters coming out on the PS3 those 2 are at the top of list for good reasons.
If Crysis comes to PS3 seeing as this is just a rumor thats fine I'm sure people will buy since you won't need a good PC to play it without it be watered down much.

Nice that they brought back Siren. I think that the shots were seeing is probably going to be what the in-game graphics look like because in the first XIII trailer they showed with gameplay you could hardly tell the difference, Square-Enix also pushes the graphics when they touch something.
Hopefully this is out by at least Christmas with but I don't expect Versus to come out until next year so people have time to play both equally.
I have to say he just insulted many PS3 fans which isn't the way to clear the air. I can understand them trying to be biased with the comparisons but if their not both at their best what's the point.
Also saying most PS3 fans will never know it exist is a bunch of crap since many people complaining about the this apparently knew all about if we didn't we wouldn't be having this problem would we.
I think is more of the case to add more BC to the PS3 and PSP games for the PS3. With the all the money they invested in the PS3 its going to be around for a long time.
Sounds like pretty good so far. I hope the combat system is a bit better but puzzles has always been it's main thing and I don't think its going to disappoint there.
If Square-Enix remakes FFVII it won't be an lazy attempt to make money they know how much this game means to fans.
I wouldn't rule out a PSN remake just like with Warhawk they can release this on both Blu-ray and PSN.
Honestly all I really want out of the remake other then the graphical update is full voiceovers, reworked CG scenes and the Active Time Battle they used X-2 oh and of course more side-quests and stuff.
Can't wait for an official translation of this but Ifrit looked badass. XIII and Versus XIII is looking good so far.
Nice review I wasn't completely sold on the new showtime they showed in the video review but I liked everything else I saw. I also agree about not liking to have to drive back to the start of race if I lose especially if the race is 5 min long.
I want this game but my money at the moment is going to Devil May Cry 4, if I had the money I would buy both.
The Backlash grenade was awesome but when you put Insomniac behind the wheel you can't be disappointed and Resistance 2 is going to be great.
Its amazing how popular Resistance 2 got in only a couple days.
Watched it yesterday and I liked the new format. More gaming news other then reviews is welcomed in my eyes but the show should be an hour long.
Edit: Someone disagreed with my earlier post when I was asking a question, that's really sad.
Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 are my watchlist for FPS this year. Resistance is going to be great no doubt but KZ2 has lot to prove and I'm excited about the cover system their going to use in KZ2.
Hopefully their releases are distant from one another.
Every developer could learn something from Insomniac pumping out their 3rd game in pretty much 2 years time.
I believe in one of the scans other then the concept art shown those are in-game shots and even without good quality scans you can see the leap from Resistance 1 to this one.
I can't wait to see how the boss battles turn out and what crazy weapons they'll have this time.

My only gripe with the game other then no online multiplayer is that some character speech gets annoying after a while especially that old lady.
I thought it was available to people who pre-ordered it immediately and then free to the rest a couple months after release. The link to the story is at the bottom but if this is true then this game really want sell then if you can't get the whole game.

I've been looking forward to Lost Odyssey I think it is a good rpg, better then Blue Dragon even though I doubt it will sell well but the short stories does seem pretty cool.
I think the time for random encounters and turn based combat system like FFX, which is still good is on its way out for more real time action like the Active Time Battle System or what Square-Enix did with FFXII which I think I'm part of the few who really liked it.

Funny how people complain about official numbers of both consoles lifetime sales in France as not news.
The 360 is still ahead according to the numbers provided but I'm surprised too that the PS3 caught up so fast there.
I was right after all. Mistwalker can use the support because at this right I don't see how they can keep releasing titles like this for just the 360 if they don't turn a profit.
I really want Lost Odyssey to do well, it's kinda of like throwback to the classic rpg's, you gotta love the classics.
